Does the Hawkeye stance have a limeted amount of uses
because no disadvantage on long range is kinda powerful
And the uncommon item is really powerful

Adding wisdom modifier is okay, not too strong
But being able to once per turn for free double that? And be able to double that again if they're invisible or the target doesnt' know they're there? That is op. Way too strong. Because the wisdom mod is +7. Doubled is 14. Doubled again is 28. That is insane.

And lastly, even more doubled range, but more importantly.

Keep in mind, I am not great at homebrew. I am not great at balancing. So, these things may just be an overreaction, but I am fairly certain that this is kinda op.

 It is broken they are essentially getting sharpshooter for free and have a +16 modifier for damage minimum if the 26 stat is in wisdom you might be able to add your dex as well?

Either way this is why most homebrew should be banned in general along with third party stuff

 Okay just read through the chain of events. I highly agree that hombrew and third party content should be banned, even if Link approves it. It's not their battle it's all of ours, I feel like we should agree on rules and I see that its nearly unanimous against hombew, especially this new content which is the most insanely broken thing I've seen all year. 

Though if we really got on the topic of rules, I still have a few words about the format of the tournament, but we'll save that for another day.

 Link probably should have run this by someone else. 

 I don't know about that, if feels a bit late for that and I already failed as the tournament proctor so changing it again feels a little redundant; especially as it seems like the problem with Link is the lack of banned items, when with me it was the surplus of said banned items. I just think we should all agree when it comes to an aspect of the rules, not just one person even if it is their thread, considering no one has claim to the fight, Link is just the one that made it. 

I don't know maybe its just me, but I definitely think these rules are by no means fair.

I mean I could set something up and just watch I don't really care either way but I think I could set up a nice balance

No matter what we are going to have some disagreement to the rules, but I'm not entirely sure what to do about the matter.

As for creation rules I'd probably give you a few Chris's stat arrays for stats,no mixing and matching 5e and 5.5e,only one boon and so on 

I'd also make a rule that immunity to a damage type is downgraded to a resistance for obvious reasons
