Hey, I have a few questions regarding magic items:
1. To double check, it says that when you make an item or material, you can make a number of them equal to 2*PB. Does this apply to all rarities?
2. If you gain a permanent increase to your stats, does that apply to your avatars as well?
3. If a magic item has multiple options within the same rarity and says that the DM chooses or rolls to determine randomly, do you, the creator of the item get to decide? (e.g. Manual of Golems)
