Around a small village of Accipidian followers of Bríz, near the Wilds of Eden, an Accipidian child is born. A baby girl, with a smile as wide as the sun and laughter that would bring a smile to even the saddest person’s face.
Unbeknownst to her parents, she wasn’t just a mortal. She was something more. And as she grew older, that became clear. When she was young, she ventured into the Wilds of Eden and came back sane. People believed that had changed her. She was stronger, more powerful, bolder. When she was eighteen, she joined the guard and fended off a wild beast attack single handedly.
Eventually, word of her exploits reached the gods… and some would come to recognize one of their own.
*Tempus time?*
*yup!*
A ticking of clocks was audible, and approaching, as a figure wandered to the edges of the city, dressed in a primarily blue suit, with black and gold accents, black fingerless gloves, and calf-hight short heeled shoes, along with a tophat with several ticking clocks turning gears on and inside it, the figure seemed almost Human, until you looked at their face, pale skin with a faint shine, one eye a almost unnatural vibrant blue, the arms of a clock visible ticking inside, and their other eye... Well it wasn't one. Instead, a clock ticked in its place, gears visible ticking behind the socket.
“Halt!” She, the Phoenix Spirit, called. “What brings you to this town?” She’s tall and muscular, with dark skin and hair tied into groups of small braids. She wields a sword, and she grins cockily at the figure.
The figure grins and bows with a flourish before standing again "you may call me tempus, god of time" he adjusted the pocket watch dangling from his front pocket, before returning his attention to the woman "and you are?"
“A god, huh? That’s cool. I haven’t met a god yet. I’m Aria. Nice to meet you!” Her tone doesn’t hold any skepticism or awe, only simple acknowledgement.
"Indeed it is a pleasure. And I'm surprised you haven't met any deities yet considering your settlement is presumably made by one." He glanced at the town (or the wall if it's walled off) he hums slightly, the grass around him growing and dying, before sprouting again rapidly, though he didn't entirely seem aware of what he was doing
“Oh naw, they rarely visit. Too busy with goddy stuff, apparently. Hey, that’s cool!” She points at the grass.
*the town is not walled.*
*Good to know. I just wasn't sure how briz(the right deity) did things*
He glanced down at the grass, his humming cutting off as the grass stopped its rapid grow/death cycle "oops. I always forget how easily things are manipulated by time in the mortal realm"

“Didn’t realize there was an immortal realm. What’s that like?”
*this may be a dumb question, but for your Avatar statblock, does your slash attack deal one of BPS, or can you choose which one you use depending on the attack?* *This is a very dumb question but I am dumb soooo*
*One :), although combat won’t be a thing yet cause I’m reworking the abilities system.*
*Can I not kill reaper yet?*
*If you'd like we can just say he died and rp their interaction, or we could use stat blocks, but the og abilities were kinda OP so yea.*
*How 'bout it's like a cutscene? We rp the fight?*
*yea sure!*
Kather and a follower stand facing each other in the garden of unreality. Her other followers have evacuated the area
"I'm sorry I have to do this"
"It's for the greater good, right? No more death?"
She smiles. It doesn't reach her eyes. "Maybe you'll even come back. You know why I picked you, right?"
"Yeah. No family, no kids, no one'll miss me"
She nods, and pulls him into a hug. "No one but me" the tip of the spear energies out of his back, blood pooling on her poncho, as he goes limp. She gently lays him down, and pulls the spear out.
"I know you're there reaper. Do your job"
“Quite the assumption you made. Did you know that I do indeed wander? I do indeed talk? You don’t need to kill to call on me. But this whole endeavor is quite amusing.” His misty lips quirk into a smile. “Perhaps I should only come when a death happens. Anyways. What do you want? A god has… jobs, y’know. But hey, jobs are tedious. I’d much rather talk to my favorite mortal.”
"You must not know many mortals. And it's not like you people have a book on how to talk to you. Anyway, it's good you came."
She wipes her follower's blood of the spear. "He was a good person you know. When I told him what I needed, he understood. He didn't whine or cry, he stepped up, and sacrificed himself for the greater good"
She dons ignis' shield, a masterful buckler, with smoldering cracks, like scales or jaws
"This is just a roundabout way of saying what I need to. I'm going to kill you."
“How amusing.” Reaper grins. “And how do you intend to do that? I am far greater than you, a mortal, could ever be.”
"I'm glad you ask. And please, greater? A god would never sacrifice themselves like Cenos did"
She rushes forward with the buckler, the spear ready to catch a dodge
Reaper doesn’t even try to dodge, fading into mist. But what he doesn’t expect is for the spear to pierce him, ignoring the misty properties of his body. He stares down at his stomach. “W-what is this?”
*hope that’s okay, we can do something different if you’d like.*
*No, that's better than what I had in mind*
"I'm not sure. But it made the place around you. And now I know it can hurt you"
She drives the spear deeper
“A-augh!” He screams, his howls tearing through the trees. Perhaps this is the sound a god makes when they die.
"How does it feel? To experience mortality for the first time?"
She drives the reaper to the ground, standing over him, the spear buried inside
*How do it feel to be helpless? How does it feel to know pain?*
Reaper meets her eyes, glaring. He doesn’t respond.
"I'm making a better world. This is for the greater good"
“Perhaps you are. I hope you die. I hope everything awful happens to you.”
"The place you would be thinking of is more of just a place where our true forms to reside. The physical forms you see are just avatars. They can die and to come back within a couple days, but our true forms cannot be destroyed. I just often spend existence in-between timelines. As a result I don't have the best sense of time which is kind of ironic." He chuckled "but outside of the timelines, time doesn't exist really in the same way so I can't really affect much, it's one of the few places I can be without having to hold back my abilities"

*so I kind of want to make a god that is like sealed inside of a weapon, but I also was wondering if anyone would want to play basically a mortal who had said weapon (IDK if this seems really similar to the one who is killing death right now, but I thought it'd be cool thing to have a actually sentient God either sealed inside of or literally being a weapon and then a mortal is kind of their only way of real transport so they kind of just help them and give them some abilities so that they don't like to die immediately)*
