Lyra smiles at Malwyn and takes out a few more gold pieces. “If you don’t mind, I think I’ll enjoy the company for a while longer. Maybe I’ll have a glass of Barovian brandy and some pasta with brown gravy (goulash) for lunch.”

Malwyn accepts the payment and answers: Of course I don’t mind the company! I never say no to a chance to speak with someone! *she goes to the kitchen to get her food ready and comes to tell her* It will take about 15 min. at least to get this prepared, so relax as you wait* she pours her the Barovian brandy* after 15 min. or so, she comes back with Mrs. Lyra’s food.
Having rested extensively from the stain of spellcasting, I come down stairs, "I'd like cabbage rolls please, and some vodka" I artfully flip a gold piece on the counter.

Malwyn: I’ll fix you that as quickly as I can. *she goes to get the vodka and comes back to pour it for the Wizard* I hope you had a pleasant rest? Also, would you like a sauce of sorts for your cabbage rolls?

Do’Taba stands up and returns the slight bow: May your adventures take you far and may your life be peaceful, Indigo.

Ooc if you don't know... They're a rice, beef or lamb mixture rolled into cooked cabbage and then boiled in tomato sauce.
Malwyn answers: I will have them ready shortly. *she hurries off to the kitchen and is there for about 20 min. before coming back with steaming hot fresh cabbage rolls* Приятного аппетита! As we say around here.(for those who might not understand “bon’ appetite”)
*I was thinking about a different type of cabbage rolls that my family normally makes with our own twist to them and we like to eat them with a hot sauce so, oops, apologies*
Malwyn: If you are talking about the drink, I’m sorry but I am don’t have it and I’m unable to make it. Not my specialty, Mr. Montarco. The best I can do is chuck a few of the ingredients that I do have together and see what happens.
Lyra thanks Malwyn profusely and enjoys her goulash and brandy, but keeps a careful eye on the door and the rest of the room to make sure no one attacks.
*all of my characters are a little wary of people. My Marak kender rogue Talitha was way worse.*

* Whenever it’s my turn to cook and I’m making cabbage rolls, instead of making them in rolls, I make them in big “meatballs” then wrap them in cabbage, but I don’t like boiling them in tomato sauce...not a fan of it...I put them in an oven-safe dish and securely cover the dish with aluminum foil (otherwise all the moisture evaporates and I get dry meat instead of juicy meat). When they are done, we each use the sauce that we like on the rolls. Also, while I’m mixing the meat (I prefer beef, so I don’t know if the way I do it would work on a different type of meat) I add a few other ingredients: some salt, pepper, and an egg maybe two, depending on how much I’m making (the egg helps prevent the meat from falling into pieces as I shape them into balls)
I love them, my family loves them...that’s all that matters when I cook.*

when ordering your food or drink, please think of something from D&D or just something form the medieval age. I just want to make sure it’s as close to the “time frame” as possible.
here is a link to any drink that I plan on serving, but I will make exceptions to some drinks that are not on the list.
this is just to make it easier on me since I don’t know much about modern day alcohol beverages and food (I rarely go to restaurants because I cook every day for myself and family). Every time I come across something I don’t know, I have to google what the heck kind of food or drink you guys are talking about, lol. For example: I googled what a Ruben was...apparently it is an alcoholic drink. I was not aware that it is also a sandwich.
