"Fang rushes out the door with you and says "I'll come with you I've got a pretty handy magic item" he shows you a ring of invisibility.
Do’Taba: May the Nine Divines bless you in battle, young Fang. Hmmm, I’m too old for this kind of stuff, I’ll just help Malwyn provide for everyone while everyone deals with this crisis.
"I pull my hood over my head and pull my cloak tightly around me and say "If I'm not back within an hour, lock the door"
Do’Taba: Will do, Fang.
You see it passes an hour and Fang hasn't returned.
Do’Taba, remembering what Fang had said, got up and locked the door with a sad face and thought to himself,”Is he really gone? Not many Khajiit or Tabaxi around here, I wish it weren’t so.”
You hear a knocking on the door
Do’Taba rushes to open the door, he unbolts it.

Malwyn the Barkeeper of The Tales of Adventurers’ Tavern
Indigo limps down stairs holding a half drunk bottle of vodka “ya got em wourms right *hic* did you find ma sister cloth?”
Malwyn is chuckling to herself as she walks over to help him get to a chair: Mr. Indigo, you shouldn’t be walking yet! I think you have had enough vodka for now *she gently takes it out of his hands and starts talking to him again barely holding back her laughter* Oh really? I thought we were looking for an armband?
She helps him into a chair and checks the bandages, they were all good.:Now don’t you be moving around until you heal up and are sober, Mr. Indigo.
He reaches out for the vodka and almost falls out of his chair. He slurs out “aye my sister violet gave ma that after the wedding, I don’t think she made it through”
Malwyn grabs the bottle and puts it it behind her counter: Oh no you don’t, Mr. Indigo! *she gets him back into his original position in the chair* So your sister Violet gave it to you after whose wedding?

You see fang tumble out-half dead, he has frostbite and multiple wounds over his body.
Do’Taba, despite his old age, seeing him in such a state and after having a moment of shock, picked him up and carried him to the fire so he could be warm and yelled: Everyone who knows about medicine, come quickly! We must hurry before he is unconscious!
Malwyn runs to the storeroom and comes back with a bag filled medicinal herbs that only grow in this province that she knows so well. Seeing in what a state Fang was in, she gasped, but then composed herself and got to work.: Do’Taba, go get some blankets and something for his head. We’ll put him close to the fire so he can get some warmth back in him. Someone run in the back and get some more firewood, please!
*Do’Taba rushes to do what she told him to and comes back holding a bunch blankets, he spreads them out on the floor next to the fireplace and picks Fang up again and lays him on the blankets*
Malwyn starts making poultices for his wounds and concoction of herbs for a pain relieving medicine, she mixes it with some hot water and lets the herbs sleep into the water. After she had finished making the medicine, she propped his head up and had him drink all of it: Here you go, get this down and you’ll feel much better, Mr. Fang.
*Do’Taba started rubbing his back:Oof, I’m too old for this. *he sits on a chair not far from the fire to watch and wait if any more help was needed.*
After getting him to drink the medicine, Malwyn starts to clean the wounds and checks for any sign of being poisoned (say if you have been hurt by something poisonous, please) Then she says: I’m going to have to sew you up, Mr. Fang (who was barely conscious and can pass out any second) Once the medicine takes effect, (Fang should pass out when it does, medicine takes 15 min. to start taking effect) I’ll get to work, until then I’ll see to you the best I can.
The blizzard is starting back up again and the howling winds pick up! Run, Mr. Montarco, run! The door is unbolted, so just run in and close it behind you securely.
Malwyn, upon hearing the winds pick up, had a look of worry on her face: Oh no, it sounds like the storm is picking up again. Has anyone seen Mr. Montarco?

Malwyn looks up from her work and says: Come in, come in, how may I help you? *im assuming they are both wearing cloaks and I can’t see their faces until they take them off*
As she waits for them to answer, she checks on Fang to see if the medicine took effect yet...it did, and he was out like a light. She quickly takes out her sewing kit and starts to stitch the wounds together quickly and skillfully. After she stitched up every wound, she put the poultice she made earlier on all the wounds, compressed them and wrapped them in gauzes. She made sure that all the blood was gone and everything was clean. She then went to the back, grabbed a bucket with cold water (if you guys didn’t know, blood stains come out better and quicker with cold water) and started to clean the floor where there was Fang’s blood.

as you look over his shoulder, you see a wolf wrapped up in Montecaro’s cloak
Malwyn thinks before she answers: Ok, put the wolf over here. *she points to a spot next to her* Let’s see what I can do, but I want to tell you that I don’t specialize in healing for animals, I specialize in healing for any humanoid I come across.
*dude, I’ve been calling you Mr. Montarco for how long now?! Sorry, I didn’t realize it was Montecaro...Malwyn will change that immediately....lol*

One is, one isn’t. The one that isn’t is Mr Montecaro. He’s the one with the smaller figure over his shoulder
