I hate to tell you this but it says that if you cast a spell that needs one action you can turn the time to one bonus action Quickened Spell When you cast a spell that has a casting time of 1 action, you can spend 2 sorcery points to change the casting time to 1 bonus action for this casting.
My EB technique: 1. Move as far away as possible, up to 120 ft. 2. EB as a bonus action using quickened spell 3. EB as an action

yes, but you can only quicken a cantrip if you cast a leveled spell for your action, and if you quicken a leveled spell, you can't cast a leveled spell for your action.
