Portent replaces the whole roll, erasing advantage. When you use indomitable, roll 1 die. You don't have advantage on indomitable rolls
But the ring of spell turning grants me advantage on spell saves?

no, it replaces the roll, but if it's rerolled, as can full well be done, it's done with advantage or disadvantage. indomitable rerolls the save.
