So think the new total is 36(piercing) + 27(poison) + 8(your extra giant thing) to a total of 71. I didn't add the blood fury/sword fire damage because we need to subtract some damage.

Have multiple resistances to the same damage doesn't matter, having 20 fire resistances is just as good as having 1 fire resistance.

Spears have 10 foot reach.
Spears only have a 5ft reach. It’s as 10ft on your character sheet because DDB has already added the bonus reach from bugbear for you. Unarmed strikes have 5ft reach but they are marked down as 10ft on your character sheet, because DDB does it for you.
