Okay. Just wanna get the battlefield clear on my mind (working out spell ranges). Started at 200ft. Presumably you moved 60ft to get within your 120ft range. Then you moved 50ft backwards (I think) and 50ft up. So you're 190ft away and 50ft in the air. Can't be bothered with the pythagoras till I know those numbers are correct.
I didn't think I'd need to move closer bc of sharpshooter "Attacking at long range doesn't impose disadvantage on your ranged weapon attack rolls" but if that's wrong, then yes, that'd be right I think
Yeah, the long range of both of those weapons is 120ft. So you need to be within that distance.
How are you covering 160ft in a turn with a 50ft movement speed? And also 50ft from the broom of flying if we rule that since the fly speed is the brooms not yours it can stack with movement speed. Which is sketchy but I think just about works RAW.

From my reading it looks like the Broom uses mount rules, but those are painful and annoying.
In this case alone, I would advocate for just saying "50 foot flying speed" and ignoring RAW.

Oh mounted rules, bane of my existence. I'm *mostly* sure that you can have a mount act directly before or after you in initiative, so you could have the broom fly 50 feet forwards, use your movement to move 10 feet, make your attacks, and use the rest of your speed to go back. The before or after you in initiative thing is going off of memory though.

Yes cause you get 3 attacks from attack action, 1 attack bonus action and 1 attack from haste instead of the seven from before.
Haste action instead to dash but using the broom so after moving forward 80 ft, diagonal fly 100 ft, putting me at 220 ft away 100 ft up I think
