Okay I switched out a prepared spell and a metamagic option. I reckon it should be able to beat anything thrown at it now.
Actually nah, still a couple of weaknesses which I need to address at a later date. But I'd be interested to see how it fares after these edits before I consider any other changes (I'm just trying to perfect one build atm, not switching too much around).

Looking back, I'm pretty sure you used the wrong modifier for your Vorpal Sword. Your post said +10, but the item should have +15 to hit.
Therefore, Plate Monk was even more dead.
