"I'm pretty sure I can't regrow limbs," Zuli says right before the goo swallows them up. She lets out a long breath when they appear back at the door. "Huh, I'm also not immune to drowning." She shrugs, and raises an eyebrow at the carriage. "How did they get that? ...Oh well, nothing matters here anyways."
Catching sight of the others, Darklis reins in the horse, slowing the carriage to a stop. "Broke a pendant and killed the satyr, but that's about it." She sounds both sad and angry when she says this. "Doesn't look like you too got anywhere either."

Zuli pauses, giving Clementine a sidelong stare, "Would you want to cut off one of your own limbs? I could always just give you what I have and you can try it on yourself." She rubs her arm, then touches the scar on her face, "Not going to lie, it was pretty unpleasant for the first few years, but once you get control it's quite convenient."

“I would… contemplate severing my own limb… can you give me whatever you have?”
Zuli leans over, whispering so that the other party members can't hear, "I can try. But it will probably hurt, and you may want to consider finding yourself a secluded area during the next full moon, so you don't end up trying to kill everyone." She flexes her hands, like a cat flexing its claws, "Think on it, and if you decide you want to, we can..." She scrunches her nose, "This feels odd, I've never actually met someone who wants a curse." Shrugging she says, "If you really want to, we can talk about it again whenever we decide to take a break. For now, lets figure out how to get out of this place. ...and lets keep this between the two of us shall we? It's not something I really want everyone to know about."
Darklis sees Zuli and Clementine whispering and gives them a concerned look. "What are those two idiots up too? Whatever, I've got more pressing matters to attend to." She thinks, then she says, "Hey, are we gonna stand here all day or are we gonna get moving?"

“Where are we going to go? Is there anything that way?” Agnomally points across the road. “I mean, we’ve tried going along the road and across the meadow. We’ve also tried breaking the pendant and killing the bandits. Hey wait,” She turns to Darklis. “What did you learn about the pendant that made you want to, erm, demolish it? I couldn’t remember much when I tried to.”

“Heh heh, sorry yeah I’m coming… Where exactly are we going..?”

“Oh… I’m not to worried about the hurting part, I’ve seen some things and felt worse… and what was that about trying to kill everyone? Never mind, I’ll think on it! Anyways it’s all a little science experiment in the end…”
Zuli chuckles a little as they climb onto the cart, and says in an undertone, "If you do decide to go along with it, you'll get to see firsthand how I got my scar."
Then she raises her voice, "So, what did you all find? Did you kill the satyr? Some bandits? We were falling for a looooong time." She looks around, "Well you folks didn't get very far did you? Ah well, at least you came back this way. What is this plan of yours Darklis? ...does it involve eating that horse?" She glances towards the black equine in the field. "Just jesting...that's failed once already. But really, what is your plan?"

“I’m still down for horse hunting…! I could go for some horse… I don’t know the last time I ate…” Clementine climbs into the carriage and begins sorting through her collection of bottles, she realizes that non of them were ever intended for eating and stops.
“Maybe we’re supposed to die!” Agnomally suggests. “Darklis, you said the verse began: Find the pendant and break the spell, or forever asleep you remain... For within your death… These things usually rhyme. It could be ‘you’ll find what you’re looking to gain’ or something like that! Then again, the rhyme could be pain, which would not be so great…”
"Well if my plan fails we will probably die." she says in an irritated but unworried voice. She'd died thousands of times already, what's one more? "Now get on." She grabs the hunter pulling him into the seat next to her, (hopefully before the arrow hits him) then whips the horse to a mad gallop strait towards the door.
The horse whinnies---no huffing this time---as it starts to bolt at full speed at the door. The door comes closer, and closer, until you finally make contact with it. Rather, where you would have made contact with it. Instead, you bolt right through the door, and onto the other side of the doorframe. Instead of being back in the previous room, you're still in the grasslands, in the middle of the road. You're still on the carriage, and everyone's in one piece, including the horse. It comes to a stop, and huffs once.
Darklis:
The second you pass the doorframe, you feel your mouth hurt a little. It feels like a dull, sore throbbing.

Zuli rubs he jaw, "Huh, did we smack the door or something before getting through?" She licks her lips, frowning.
“Ow yeah my jaw doesn’t feel good either… this is weird..”
