Angelino sheaths the emerald sword blade, and casts Armor of Agathy’s with 15 extra hp pointsssss! Woo! He then readies a few blasts, if needed.

“Yes! Thank you! Let’s proceed with the defeating, then.” Harmony closes to melee and casts dissonant whispers at 3rd level. He needs a DC 16 wisdom save. On a fail: 15 psychic damage and he needs to spend his reaction to run away.

Cool! Do we get all our limited-use abilities reset too?

The rod in George’s hand starts smoldering, and he waves it lazily, sending an enormous fireball toward the Guardian (DC 15 Dex save for half): 34 fire damage.

”Let’s see how long you hold up this this, Guardian.” He says “Guardian” with clear contempt in his voice.

The Gaurdian roars as Georges firebolt rips through it's right shoulder, spraying the black goo splatting across the floor and sending the shoulder guard clanging across the room. "Well," it says as its blobby arm regrows, "At least this will be fun!" With that it shoots a wave of black liquid towards all of you.

Dang it! So close. Can Harmony redirect it back at him, or would that need to be before the save?

Oh gosh, this is gonna hurt. 15 if I fail the guardian is gonna take 15 frost damage, or cold damage. Whatever.

 If we did this with actual combat rules it would have been before the save, but i'll let it slide this time.

 Since Harmony redirected the attack, it didn't cause any damage to the rest of you.

"Raaaaa! You got that blasted mirror!"

It raises a goopy arm and slams it down on Harmony.

 Harmony takes the disengage and leaves his zone.

The Guardian laughs, "Yes, flee puny mortal!" 

(Also just as a side note, everyone within 10 feet of Alexander has advantage on saving throws as well as a bonus of 3, thanks to Alexanders aura of protection.) 

Alexander activates his angel mode, rushing forward in a burst of light. He raises the fire axe above his head as he flies towards the goo dragon's face. The axe glows with a brilliant light as he careens forward, swinging it in a wide arch intended to sever its head. 

To hit: 13 Damage: 11 fire damage: 3 + smite: 7

Whoops, I just realized I had that stick lol. I should have used that...

(Oh, I figured out my next character. Gonna be a ranger.)

 You successfully sever the guardian's head. The dragon helm falls to the floor along with the goop that had formed the guardian's head. However, as you watch, the head regrows. Without the helm, it looks like a eyeless, mouth-less blob.

"Ha Ha! You think a simple decapitation will end me?"

As the guardian says this, purple smoke seems to ooze from its body.

Everyone make a Constitution save DC 18 for half damage (Correction, everyone who is currently less than 15 ft away from the guardian)

Everyone roll perception.

I forgot to specify. That was necrotic damage.

"No, no I didn't really think that would work..." Alexander says under his breath as he flies around the gooey creature. He pulls the zephyr blade back out as he flies. 

Dex save: 11

Perception: 19

Alexander, coughing, slowly glides to the ground. Landing hard, his wings slump and flicker as if ready to puff out of existence. He almost sinks to his knees, but forces himself to stand up straight. Spreading his brilliant wings out behind him, he brandishes the zephyr blade in defiance.

I think Harmony is further than that- do you agree?
