“No way, the boss’ll never do that!” says the bandit named George. “Ok, ok ya know what, George? You’re not helping.” The other bandit sheaths his Scimitar and puts himself in a sitting position. “I’d never thought ‘bout that, but I jus’ assumed that we’d survive an’ take it to the boss like we was asked, but now it seems pointless.” The satyr, previously busy rummaging through their carriage, comes out of the trapdoor on the roof holding up the pendant. They clamber over their carriage seat and hand the pendant to you, Zuli. It’s a small golden pendant, in a shape like a teardrop but both ends are pointed. The gold is engraved to look like an eye, and the magenta inset gem at the center glints brightly when caught in the light.
“,lleW” remarks the satyr, “.ecnis reve ti ot no dleh ev’I .stidnab fo puorg a morf ti now gnivah retfa ,emit gnol a rof ti fo noissessop ni gnieb rebmemer od I .erus oot ton osla ma I” They seem too busy conversing with Darklis to notice you snatching the pendant, Agnomally. You successfully take it.
(ooc: if by 'snagging' the next room you mean DMing the next room, then sure, go ahead! I was actually planning on just becoming a player after this one... but this one is looking like it'll be a long room. That is, unless y'all figure out the "gimmick" soon lol)

”Don’t give them the pendant!” Clementine turns over to the bandits “guys I’ve killed your before and I’ll kill you again, we need to figure out how to get out of here… or too get to your boss”
Zuli shrugs, still looking at the pendant, "I wasn't going to. I just wanted to know what all the fuss was about." She eyes the pendant trying to discern what makes it so valuable apart from what it is made out of.
(What do you want me to roll for that? I was going to do investigation, but I just wanted to ask anyway.)

Lol sounds good. And we're used to long rooms at this point... You should have seen Aroc's last room LOL that one took us forever.
(Zuli, go ahead and make me an Arcana check, please!)
The satyr clicks once, snaps the reins, the white horse huffs once, and the carriage starts moving again. ",gnivom era ew taht won ,lleW" they chuckle lightly, ".gnivird fo sruoh erom eno tuoba ,daeha thgir ...yas uoy od woh ,he ...eb dluohs tI" The door you entered through comes closer and closer as you ride along the road, and you pass the door. There seems to be nothing in front of you but open road.

Darklis is going to summon her echo and place it 30 ft in front of the carriage. After doing this, the echo, which looks like a shadow version of herself, sprouts wings and starts flying ahead of them. When it does so, Darklis' eyes suddenly look distant and she will not respond to anyone near her. She can now see and hear through the Echo. She will keep it at a little less than 1,000 ft away from her body at all times.
She growls at it, wishing that Agnomally was nearby. Surely she would know what this thing was. Sighing, she holds it out to Clementine, "You got any clue what this thing is or does or what it doesn't do. It just looks like a blasted pendant to me." She curls her lip a little in disgust, "I've always hated jewelry."
You put your echo ahead, and as it flies off it passes the door. After a few minutes of flying, it's reached just under 1,000 feet. Through the eyes of the echo, you can see that in front of you is the familiar sight of the colorful carriage and its shiny, white horse. A little further down the road stands the entrance door.

“Yeah not sure… I’m not the best with magic as I’ve said… it does look like a pendant, here let me see… ive had to study magic for my job before but it’s more magical creatures than items.”
Though you don't exactly recognize what it is, you recall having read about a pendant like this somewhere. But... maybe you're not recalling correctly, because from what little you remember it's not actually a real, tangible object.

“Sure, I can take a look. I’m better with instinctual magic than analyzing artifacts, so no promises!” Arcana:18
You remember reading about the Pendant of Rem a while back. Though you don't remember too much, you do remember something particularly interesting that sticks out; it's not a tangible object. It's not an artifact, but it's supposed to represent something, though you can't remember what. There's also something about a basilisk, but you also can't remember how it's connected to the pendant.

Does anyone mind if I snag the next room?
”Yeah, if we don’t actually find a way to stop falling we’re all going to die, and that’s not going to be great…”
Not a problem for me!
Only spilt the party if you see something shiny.
