(The basilisk's healing is disabled due to spirit shroud, so if it has some kind of weird regeneration that would allow it to come back next round, that does not work)
Con save: 17 - rolled 19.
The strange liquid does not seem to do much to Arthilas's battle-hardened body.
Since the beast has fallen, Arthilas lets its tail go. He sheathes his sword, the spectral warriors around him fade away, and he looks around to get an idea of the situation here. "Where am I actually? Who are you?"
Unless you want some scales, bones, and strange dreamscape fluid, there isn't anything valuable on the body you can see, Agnomally.
(ooc: Man. Had to happen sometime.)
Darklis:
You successfully smash the skull. It evaporates, dissolving into the colorless air. You are now left with absolutely nothing but the pendant in your hand and what you came into the void with. You can only see black.
Despite the apparent lack of light in the area around you, you can hear the shriek of the basilisk, the thump of its body crashing to the floor, and Agnomally's triumphant cries emanating from all directions.
Clementine, make either two strength checks (one for the pendant and one for the skull) or two attacks!
Zuli:
You aim at the pendant, attempting to break it. Though you miss the pendant itself, you loose an arrow straight at the soft gold chain binding it to the neck of the horse skull. The arrow sinks into the wood, with the chain wedged in between it and the arrowhead. It snaps and the pendant falls to the ground in front of you.

“It worked! Did you see that??!!! I killed it!!! I can’t believe it!” Agnomally is very excited. “Thanks for all your protection, Verdell!”
Internally chuckling, Verdell smiles a little at Agnomally’s extreme excitement, then bows slightly and replies, “I’m glad to see that I have been effective at accomplishing my purpose.”

“From what I have been able to gather thus far, we’re in some kind of game, where we must face the varying challenges of a seemingly endless quantity of rooms or areas.
”I am Sir Verdell Starfire, priest-knight in service to Tyr, god of justice. I was sent here to keep order and to protect the others, though eventually my little brother may come take my place.” His face clouds as he mentions his brother, but then it quickly clears again. Gesturing to the triumphant gnome, he says, “This is Agnomally, and there are - or were - three others with us. We don’t yet know what happened to them or if we can help them.”

"Oh, and I am Arthilas, student at the Elminas academy of magic and captain of the academy's sports team. I am supposed to train with them for the game next week..." He sighs as he mentions that he has to train with them. He then looks at the gnome. "Hello Agnomally!"
“Hi Arthilas! It’s good to meet you!” Agnomally is a short gnome with a draconic-looking quarterstaff. Despite the gloomy surroundings, she is cheerful and determined.

Though the outside of the pendant is identical to the ones you found in the previous dreamscape, there is one significant difference: there’s no engravings on the inside of the pendant.

She open's the pendent again. If she doesn't see anything, then she will bite her finger, and put some blood in it. If that doesn't do anything, she will look around to see if anything changed.

Unable to think of anything, she pulls a piece of hair off her head and sticks it in the pendant.
Verdell suddenly remembers that there’s stuff in this room and looks around. Perception if needed: 22
