How strange, it gives me the same tooltip but the tooltip adds up to 16 and the post says 15, also the post is red, implying it includes a lowest roll of 1 but the tooltip's lowest is a 2. There must be some strange error with the tooltips.

Paladin main who spends most of his D&D time worldbuilding or DMing, not Paladin-ing.
