Well..... slow down. We still have one last wrinkle in the way before we go on a god-killing spree: the Kraken.
Krakens often live hundreds of feet underwater, and Shadows don't have a Swimming speed.... what do we do now?
one spell... Alter self.
I'm not sure how the spell works, but I don't think you would have the spell slots available to buff each of your Shadows AND hold concentration on each spell.
hmm. good point. how about Vortex warp to force the Kraken to the surface?
Great idea, but that negates any challenge the Kraken would have posed. You also need to get close for it to work, which is rather difficult.
well, lets say the kraken lives 400 feet under the water. a 5th level Vortex warp would allow you to be at the surface and teleport it 450 feet into the air.
Well then, the Kraken wasn't much of a challenge after all.... what about the Astral Dreadnaught? Surely, this beast will be tougher than the Kraken, right?
well, Shadows don't have a fly speed, and we can't teleport astral dreadnaughts into any other plane...
Well, if you True Polymorphed into an shadow dragon to get all those shadows, they can just ride on your back until you get close to the Dreadnaught. From there, we just drop Shadows on its head until it dies. Shadows are weightless, so you shouldn't have trouble carrying the whole army to the fight.
Amazing

Okay, you kill the lich and it returns to life a bit later. Good luck destroying the phylactery with shadows! Every single phylactery is unique.

Liches don't have that high of a Strength score (11), and their strongest damaging spell is Finger of Death, which Shadows are immune to. Power Word Kill can only target one creature, and Shadow Dragons normally have health in the hundreds. The Lich's two strongest damage options are basically useless here, and it could easily get overwhelmed....
....is what I would say if the guy didn't pack Globe of Invulnerability as one of its spells. Technically, we can just wait until they burn all their spell slots, but that doesn't really fit with the whole "instant kill" we're going for. I'm stumped.

Someone else did something similar, but they picked a flying race and plane shifted out. This is better. But if your dm gives your level 1 a magic item then sends the tarrasque at you, you have bigger problems than you realize…

Second casts Reverse Gravity, sending the tarrasque through all the layers off the wall twice, then ends the spell, sending them back through all the layers of the wall twice.
Third casts Reverse Gravity, sending the tarrasque through all the layers off the wall twice, then ends the spell, sending them back through all the layers of the wall twice.
Fourth casts Reverse Gravity, sending the tarrasque through all the layers off the wall twice, then ends the spell, sending them back through all the layers of the wall twice.
Hopefully that kills it. It passes through the entire wall 12 times, dealing 600d20 damage, and probably sending it to another plane of existence.

The plan is, you get a ton of arocokra wizard all casting poly morph on the thing. Then they all lift this poly morphed tarrasque into the air and drop in on top of a megalopolis, loosing concentration. Then the tarrasque will turn back into a tarrasque. Tarrasque bomb, boom. Why kill it when you can use it to wreak havoc on civilizations. (As you can guess I play Chaotic evil)

My first level artificer: give them portable hole (they already have a bag of holding) put it under the tarrasque, catapult the bag of holding into the portable hole. the tarrasque is in the astral plane, you're fine.

Ok, new idea, what if I get an army of wizards to cast polymorph on the tarrasque and turn it into a beetle and then squash it. Easy win.
Then the beetle takes 1 damage from an unarmed strike, turns back into a full hp tarrasque, and eats all of them.
