its the party hunting down a guy for the god of death. they have to do for death because they all died but death brought them back to life. theres 4 different "kingdoms/factions" oh and some home-brewed seasonal gods like the god of summer, winter etc

Great that you're having fun! If I had one tip that I learned from my first campaign, it would be to NOT RAILROAD. Make your player's choices matter. I had made it so they couldn't escape the plot no matter what they did, and it felt forced. I've not done it since.

yea they killed the mayor in the 1st town and I just rolled with it but... I loved that mayor he was so kind and they shot him (T~T). I also have a steampunk kingdom that dislikes magic but they have a few "pet" dragons
