Total summary of evidence for people who join in and are confused:
1. Winner came in saying "and I am not the killer". As Vitus has said, it's kinda just assumed everyone's claiming townie and saying something like that is kinda sus.
2. Then Winner said "What if I'm jester? If you vote me you lose". This seems more like a tactic to scare us away from voting Winner then a counterargument.
3. And then when we were trying to figure out if Winner was jester or not, he said "am I jester or am I not? Vote me and find out". Saying 'vote me' is a terrible jester play and means Winner is more likely to be mafia pretending to be jester then actually being jester.
