Of course, we can't be sure whether or not anyone is mafia. Point of the game. And accusing me for quick thinking? For picking up on leads and actually trying to figure this out? I'm not saying that's sus, you might not realize it, but think about it.

Game Rules:

In Moonville, they’ve been having some problems. There are mafia in town, but no one knows who they are. This game will operate in a night and day cicle. During the night, the townsfolk and mafia with roles can make actions. For example, each night, the mafias kill one player, and the doctor heals one player. I will pm you what your role is. Rules for each role are below:

Ordinary Mafia: each night, the mafia will target* someone who they try to kill. 

Ordinary Townsfolk(2): you have no special roles and you sleep through the night.

Doctor: each night, doctor targets* someone who they would like to save from dying. Does not apply to getting voted out.

Detective/Cop: each night, choose* someone to investigate. I will tell if they’re mafia or townsfolk**.

Lovers(2): lovers know each other are townsfolk and share a pm thread. If one dies(or gets voted out) THE OTHER ONE DOES TOO.

Jester: you are neither on mafia or townsfolk team. You win if you get voted out. Does not apply to being killed at night.

Silencer: you can choose* one person to silence at night. The silenced cannot discuss or vote until the next day. If the ordinary mafia gets voted out, you become ordinary mafia.

Sympathetic/symp: You are on the mafia’s team, but if you get investigated you appear clear. You cannot kill. The symp knows who the mafia’s are, but the mafias don’t know who the symp is. You must try and protect the mafias from getting voted out. If both the ordinary mafia and the silencer gets voted out, you become the ordinary mafia.

Vengeful townsfolk: when you die or get voted out, choose someone else to die with you.

Judge: Once during the game you can override the votes and choose who gets voted out that round. If you already used the ability, you cannot use it again.

*cannot target the same player twice

**in this case, we count the jester as townsfolk

 After everything is done at night, I will start the daytime. The daytime consists of 3 things:

1. I announce who dies 

2. Everyone will discuss who they think it is.

3. Voting. You can vote anyone that is alive, or choose to skip. Majority rules so the player with the most votes is voted out.

How to win: mafia wins if there is an equal amount of mafia and townsfolk left. Townsfolk win if they have voted out all 3 mafias. Jester wins if they get voted out.

If someone dies:

When you die, I will add you to the dead players pm thread, where you will get to know everyone’s role.
Remember: After I add you to the dead players thread, you cannot post on the main thread(this thread) until the game is over.

 Essential Rules:

1. Be nice! Don’t judge people for being wrong on how they vote or anything. it’s just a game.

2. This goes with the be nice rule, please no swearing!

3. No gore or 18+ scenes

3. Go easy on the quote chains

4. Please, don’t quote from the PM’s to show your role. It’s annoying for the mafia and everyone else. Just saying your role is fine, but we don’t want solid proof. It makes the game more interesting if you you don’t quote from the PMs

5. Have fun! Remember, It’s just a game, don’t be too upset when you die.

How will we be 100% certain. What if they jester, mafia reads that then your the cause for two deaths. Also I’m sussing you a lot now gibber.

 The vengeful has to die in order to make a kill.

Not exactly a good strategy to intentionally plan that.

Plus if the vengeful dies, they might have a mafia lead.

For me, not too much more I could add at this point. Kind of hoping night ends real soon so that I can at least see who lives/dies. (Big piece of information to have.) Gonna be busy starting tomorrow and not checking in here really.

Yeah, I'm nervous but also kinda looking forward to the morning. I kinda think I might be killed off, as I have posted quite a bit, but at the same time, there are others who might be more likely
