 Alright dude I got you your device back Ill take my credits now and is their any weapons shop near by? I would like to add a customization to my rifle (I know that you cant do that, cross doesnt) A thermal scope would have been helpful back there

If modifications aren't accessible already because they're “in the works,” could my character be one of the people working on developing them?

Also, I have another idea for a modification, this one for an implant. essentially it just gives you a climbing speed through a combination of adhesives, spikes, and Van der waals forces

 *I'll consider the modification. The reason modifications aren't available is because they all got lost when the Cartographer and his group had to switch bases to the current one.*

 There is one assassination job, but it's in an unmapped district (mapping requires recon jobs to be done) and requires a minimum of 3 people. 

The Cartographer inserts the chip from the Red Fedora into the Map, and the Northwestern quadrant of the Base's district (District Red) is illuminated with a detailed mapping of the roads and buildings, with a couple points of interest circled in blue. There is also a building circled in red, in the Northwestern-most corner of the district.
