GRANTED BUT SINCE YOU SAID THINGS THAT CAUSE PAIN. a lot of methods of murder would still work, also your still vulnerable to over exposure to temperatures. like there is still a lot of lethal things that don't cause pain. so I guess it pointing it out is the twist.
