Granted! You are now depressed but it’s fear and anger instead. (But really get some tharapy and spend time with the people you love if you really are quite sad. Do things that make you happy, other than doom scrolling the internet and playing video games. Get enough sleep. Be kind to others, it spreads the happyness and it will make you happy. Meditate. Talk about it. Ect.)
