The prosecution is arguing that Chara broke the rules because they say that 'Save' and 'Load' acts as a counterspell. The only thing that the prosecution has currently proven so far is that Chara used 'Save' and 'load' They have not given a reason why it acts like a counterspell, at least not yet. It's inaccurate to state that Chara has done what they were charged with. 

Remember, the defendant is being charged with breaking the rules of I cast..., not simply using 'Save' and 'load', which is the only thing the prosecution has proven so far.

*edit: I know this is a cheapshot but...* Adding on to that, they have not given a transcript of the main event that they are accusing of breaking the rules.

The prosecution needs to present a transcript of all things they think are relevant to the case, and the judge (and maybe jury) should decide if it is admissible evidence or not. I, the defence lawyer, cannot give a proper argument without proper evidence. We need to know what evidence we can/should use and what we shouldn't/can't.

You are not the prosecution, and while I appreciate the gesture, you are not the one who is supposed to present the evidence and transcript to the court; that is the lawyer's job.

I JUST REREAD THE FIRST PAGE IT SAYS "the only spells banned are instant death spells and counterspell" not counterspells as a whole, just counterspell itself
