As the town keeps making wrong choices, their worry grows. However, they know they can't play it safe. Carso has been acting the most suspicious and surely must be mafia. And so he is tied down to the pyre, but he tries to fight back. Later on people recall his voice becoming slightly distorted. "Unhand me, you fiends!" As the fire is set alight he lets out a long, distorted scream, and some sort of malicious essence appears to leave his body and dispel itself as it starts failing function. Although nothing was found in his room, it's clear who he was. It seems that the town made the right choice here.
Carsorino was the Demon (Mafia Detective).
Night begins, it ends on 8 PM EST on October 27th.

Recently obsessing over Warhammer 40k, specifically the T’au empire
thought: what happens if the town and mafia jailers jailed each other? Do they both get blocked, which would make them unable to perform their action, in which case that would cause them to both not be blocked, making them able to block each other, etc etc blah blah
*the paradox gives the townies a mild migraine as revenge for killing me*
*well you see it doesn’t really matter because if himy doesn’t block the killer then banan dies and if himy blocks skeleton key then killer still kills banan*
