So a Changeling Barbarian Soldier with a pink color scheme? Barbarian and Soldier go well together, but I wonder how can I incorporate the Changeling species or color pink into the character design.
So a Changeling Barbarian Soldier with a pink color scheme?
Waow…
I made a character sheet that made this character Path of The Beast, cause I thought the shapechanging nature of the subclass goes well with the shapechanging nature of the race, but I realized Zealot might be better. How about a Barbarian that is a warrior of a deity that loves the color pink. Every time they shapechange they must include pink in their appearance in someway, it could be something minor like a toenail or eye color. Every time they attack and use Divine Fury the blade flares with pink light. When they kill an enemy they will steal the enemy's appearance but become a pink version of that enemy? Or when they attack an enemy they turn into a pink version of their enemy (same appearance, just pink skin) before the fight to unsettle the enemy? Their clothes are dominantly pink.

Shifter Cleric that's a Hermit makes sense. Go with Life, Tempest, or Nature. They wear brown because brown is a natural, earthy color, and they live out in nature and worship a god of nature. Plus Silvanus' symbol is an oak leaf with an acorn; oak trees and acorns are brown. They became a hermit voluntarily to focus on worship and avoiding the hustle and bustle of civilization, plus they want to live as close to nature as possible to be more attuned to it and their god of deep forests.
Dwarf Cleric with the Acolyte background with a gold color scheme. The first three already click together perfectly. Let me pull up the list of gods in the PHB, Dungeon Master's Guide, and Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide to see which gods have a gold holy symbol.
Edit: Looked at dwarven deities based in the Forgotten Realms. Some options are Vergadain (god of luck and wealth), and Moradin (god of creation and smithing). If looking at human deities we see Lathander or Amaunator with the golden sun symbol (armor could be gleaming gold to represent the sun).

So... Shifter Fighter, who's a Noble with somethin' Teal about em'?
What a funky result. I never play Fighters or Shifters, so this is pretty unique.

I love shifters so much…
Ya don’t have to make them, but if you do, I hope you have fun!
If I’m being annoying, tell me to shut up. Seriously. Just say “Bananer shut up.” And I will. For a few seconds!
Don’t listen to the folks down at Adohands. It’s good for me to overwork myself.
Professional idiot! Trans! Pansexual pancake! I am a minor so you will do none of that (GP) with me! I use He/They pronouns :3

I don't actually own any of my D&D books on DDB, so I can't actually make it on here without making a private homebrew version. Otherwise I might.

Oh lol you don’t even have to make a character sheet, just a backstory and personality.
Although if you want to, you can make the sheet on paper.

In that case, I'll just say...
Swiftstride Shifter who looks more like a Tabaxi. Her name is Carnelian, and she is incredibly snarky and sarcastic.
