Whenever you grab this sword in an attempt to fight, some silly music starts playing on the background. Then, you start dancing to the sound of the music while taking down each and everyone of your enemies, avoiding their attacks in an amazing choreographed manner. You are invincible while wielding this sword and right after you defeat your enemies, you say some stupid yet funny catchphrase (Jim Carrey's The Mask style).
These boots, although seemingly normal at first glance, are totally frozen on the inside, and full of sharp ice. You really don't want to wear these boots... But you might use them as a refrigerator.
Wearing these goggles allows you to see through the eyes of an eagle. Unfortunately, it's not very particular as far as which eagle whose eyes you are seeing through. It could be one close to you, one on the other side of the world, or one on a different plane entirely. At least it makes for an interesting view, if a bit random.

I use summon instrument to summon my kettle drum, hold it overhead like Donkey Kong, and chuck it at the nearest kobold.
This hat can look like any hat you want. The Hat of Disguise has 5 charges and regaines 1d3+ 1 charges daily at dawn. You can expend a charge to change the hat's appearance. If you expend all of the hat's charges, roll a d20, on a 1, the hat eats you and you die.
