Probably Socrates, with Plato in second. Socratic dialogue is always very good and well written, and Socrates got a lot of things right, even thought he was a pagan. I think his views on self-reflection and virtue were very good. Plato comes in second simply because even though his idea of the Forms probably aren't entirely correct, they're better than Aristotle. Aristotle was the worst. I can't quite frame what was wrong with him, it's been a while, but I think he negatively affected Christianity when Aquinas started incorporating his philosophy into Christianity, which I think I read in How Should We Then Live? about how Aristotelian philosophy is more focused on the particulars, which affected the Roman Catholic Church when they accepted Aquinas' combination of Aristotelian philosophy with Christianity. Being more focused on particulars takes away from focus on the universal, like God, and focuses more on material things.
