Imagine one of the party members is hanging off a cliff, so you vortex warp your friend to safety, and a powerful foe falls to their death! Also great for getting around.

Extra attack or action maybe based on time manipulation? If a spell, could be some form of creation. That's sort of high level, but could be a variation since they're "wish" related and they refine wish stones and things.

My idea was fabricate, but thats still a pretty high level for level 3.
my next idea is fabricate, with a space of 15 feet, and it takes 1 round to cast.
And it could ignore the craftsmanship requirement to make stuff like jewelry.
That's a great idea, and super unique I think. I can't think of a race/class that gives that option.
