if i ever make a character thats a race i don’t have here on dnd beyond, I’m just gonna pretend it says its a fairy, and not an elf or whatever other thing i replace it with cuz race is mandatory for characters.

fun fact, as a level 5 fighter of the giant themed subclass as a fairy, you can become as large as a giant. It’s level 5 ability makes it become large size, and fairies have enlarge reduce.

The closest would be Archfey warlock but i don’t think it fits hags specifically that well.
And, with a potion of growth, you could choke out a tarrasque.
