I've been stuck inside my head a lot recently, and it's been interesting, to say the least. Trying to decide what to do with my life. Dunno why I'm typing this, but I am.
I know the feeling, being stuck in your head is a hard thing to knock. Best thing is to vocalize it to yourself when you notice it and talk to people. If it gets really bad, seek a professional because you don't want it to become debilitating.
Ah, don't worry Klein, I actually have been able to talk with some family about just a lot of things in general. I think it was a good experience, in the end. Thanks for the advice, though :)
