I've decided that it would be easiest to make this a Bloodborne OC and then adapt it to be more generic. But in the meantime, I have a little bit more:
The creature lets out a ragged breath, its body literally pinned to the giant, yet too-small throne. It slowly pulls the gigantic spike out of its chest, spilling black gore to the floor. It's taken you so long to get here, you've slaughtered so many nightmare-born abominations, and now you are finally here at the Heart of the Nightmare. This will be your final test.
The horror slowly stands up, before falling down onto all fours. Its orange eyes gaze down at you, observing your serrated weapons and tattered clothing, your expressionless face, and your blood-splattered body. It opens its toothy maw, ostensibly to roar or scream, but instead, it speaks. "Life has been hard on you, hasn't it?" Finally, you notice that there is no hate or rage in the creature's eyes. "Do you want a hug?"
Startling.

Yeah the original concept design prompt was, “humanoid biblically accurate Angel,” and so I made him fancy and gave him a staff with 6 wings (and an eye, but thats hard to see)
