Actually, I have an idea. How does this sound? Everyone is on a station, deep underwater in the Mariana Trench. Such an unexplored place, possessing the mysteries of the deep. The thing is, you haven't heard from the surface for almost a month now. Now all you know is the voices of those on the station and these cold metal walls. At first, it was fine, you all assumed it had something to do with some recent quakes down here. Someone went out to check the wire. We lost them the second they went out the hatch. Somewhere in that pure darkness outside the station is something. Something that's wrong. Something that shouldn't be here. Something that takes anyone who goes outside.
The year is 2020. It's a normal day in New York. Over the radio and on television, there comes news of a meteorite impacting the Earth. On it came the death's angels. Large, monstrous beasts with no eyes, no nose, just an unmatchable sense of hearing. Their thick hides are unable to be penetrated, nobody could figure out how to kill them. One long, hard year later. Everyone lives in silence. Making a sound means they'll find you, and when that happens, you're done for. One day, wandering the city, you stumble upon an old library. Inside there are others, hiding from the monsters. You can join them, but they have just one rule: Stay Quiet.
Yeah nobody would be like, "Let's play a nice fantasy game, oh this game is terrifying I can't wait!" I mean I was like that but tbh I'm dumb and I like metal

or i might make a subnautica tavern instead
That’s awesome! I’m not much of a video game fan, but I loved the first trailer. I think you made a tavern based on Subnautica once.
I really like D&D, especially Ravenloft, Exandria and the Upside Down from Stranger Things. My pronouns are she/they (genderfae).
I remember creating a character for one of your taverns who was a girl who could breathe underwater. And your horror idea sounds really cool.

Or i could do a dystopian one
Oh wait, another idea! Maybe one based off the movie: A Quiet Place

Thoughts?
Do the Quiet Place one. Maybe everybody communicates by texting on their phones.

Slight problem, telephone grid is kinda down after not being maintained for a year
though, i believe in the movies that the power grid is still up

Should I just make a recruitment thread for my MÖRK BORG game?
Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.
May each word that I speak be backed by each of my teeth.
Yeah, but keep it on Adohand's Kitchen, as it must be D&D 5e to be on LFG/LFP

That's what I was thinking. Also, it would be really stupid to do that even if the rules weren't against it.
