whats it about?
Basically, you play as this thing called a Slugcat (which is technically a rodent, but that’s not important) that was separated from its family and is trying to get back home. Along the way, you explore a vast ecosystem with some of the most advanced ai for animals in any game, where you are the prey. Did I mention that you also explore the ruins of an ancient humanoid society that disappeared long ago, leaving behind giant sentient machines with little cute puppet bodies called Iterators (those are the ones I wanna make a god based off of) that were built to solve an extreme problem, how no living thing could die. So basically no loving creature in this world stays dead. After they are killed, they just wake up some time later. So, the ancient society looked for an answer on how to solve this issue. Soon, they found void fluid, a corrosive material that could permanently end a creatures life. But if you used it and were too attached to the world, you wouldn’t die and would instead be trapped in a state of eternal torment. The Iterators were built to find a way to make sure this doesn’t happen with 100% certainty. They also helped the ancients with anything else they needed. The Iterators were giant towers that were possibly miles high, and used huge amounts of water to cool their engines. This created steam which formed into clouds, which turned into crushing rain that heavily impacted the ecosystem considering its super deadly. The Iterators didn’t find the solution before all of the ancients decided to just risk it and leave, so they are still there, calculating. Some of them got bored, though, like five pebbles. (Yes, they all have weird names) five pebbles tried to find a way to ascend himself (what happens when you jump into the void fluid) and used so much water in the process that they almost killed their neighboring Iterator Looks to the Moon. So now moon is broken down and that completely changes the local environment because her structure is literally falling apart.

Favourite video game? That's hard... I'm a big Rocket League fan, though I'm not great at it lmao
I had rocket league for a bit. I’m also not very good at it. I like platformers and survival games more, Like Ark. or games with confusing lore.
I play Horizon and No mans sky sometimes, they're great.
I know literally nothing about either lol.

Also it would add some pretty cool lore to the world (obviously they wouldn’t be a direct ripoff of the Iterators, just heavily inspired and maybe we keep the name cuz iterator sounds awesome)
