Ok, here is my opinion. You don't have to know it. You can go the whole rest of your life without this.
Now, my opinion.
This:
Is fricking good cinema. No, I am not a little 6-year-old girl, but no matter how old I get, this movie slaps! When I was little, my sister made me watch it, and wow. It's GOOD. Reasons why?
It's well-written
The plot feels like someone put time and effort into it
The music is phenomenal
Seriously, great divide? 10/10
It's diverse
Some characters are relatable no matter who you are. Hopeless romantic? Rosetta. AD-HD? Tinkerbell. Done with all your friend's stupid shenanigans? Vidia.
Disability rep.
Whoo-hoo!
Tropes it did well:
Long lost sister (looking at you stupid new Trolls movie)
Forbidden romance
Introvert librarian (x2)
Snowboarder guy
Yes.
Also. Very nice post #70,000

Quick! Someone name a random food and make up some BS about where it comes from!
Bacon-dogs! Like a corn dog but with bacon strips inside of it instead! Originating from a small group of viking-like halfling villages off the coast a bit.

Using that for my next session, thank you.
First, could you make up some BS about the pigs and corn they use? That would be super helpful.
Hey guys, do you think a Don’t starve together thread would be fun? Don’t starve together is a game where you basically try to survive in this super hostile nightmare world that’s like earth but twenty times more dangerous.
Quick! Someone name a random food and make up some BS about where it comes from!
Hot dogs, made from the rich and royal in revolutionary France, which the oppressed called "Dogs", they would use the meat from the rest of their body and shove it into the mouths of their decapitated heads.

Your characters have changed the way I write around you lol, so much body horror

Is that... bad? If so, I'm sorry. If not, you're welcome.

*Dude, I love playing Yuri. She is someone who can I can do easily play because of her style. She is a woman who is used to getting what she wants. She is beautiful, which she uses to manipulate men and women. She is cold sometimes when challenged or, in Oswald's case, easily calmed down because of people like her. I can already tell she is gonna be a clingy one to Oswald.*
*He also fits so perfectly with how I play her because she isn't used to people standing up to her so when she meets her match, she tries to find an opening to take them down but he has none so she's like "WELL CRAP."*
*He actually did give her a pretty big opening: his ego. I decided while making him that that would be his biggest weakness. He can back up his pride with wealth and power, but his ego is both huge and fragile. He threw a fit when Yuri kept smiling. I actually had to take a breather because I had gotten so into character that I was seething. Between "funny, real funny" and "sure, fine, we can talk," he was about to go ballistic. He is a mad scientist with way, way too much power, and because he "earned" every bit of it he's going to use it however he wants.*
*It's so fun RPing with you! Oswald has been my favorite character for a long time. In all honesty, his original character sheet never got past level 11, but I loved him to death so I keep trying to use him everywhere.*
These ate my favorite two posts I've seen so far. I love the idea that I actually clicked with another player and didn't screw it up.

It's incredible. At least, to me it is.
I think Oswald is super cool, and I’m glad you had so much fun today. It’s fun interacting with him as Corvin.
I'm shamelessly stealing and repeating an experiment, because I want to see it for my own cohort.
I want you, yes you, to answer this question, in whatever way you feel like:
Who are you?
Hm. Well I'm a young guy who's lost when it comes to life in general, but is sort of enjoying some of it. I'm a handsome little devil sometimes, and an unappealing slob other times. I'm a friend, a student, a teacher, a brother, a son, a priest, an athlete, a nerd, a romantic, a music-lover, and an imaginative dude.
I am easy going, and sensitive deep down. But jeez this isn't adjectives, it's asking Who I am. In the end, I think I'm a Diplomat, if I had to throw it all into one word.
Now I know that Y'all probably didn't need to know all that, but... it's kinda nice to form words out of the feelings in my head, if that makes sense.

Lessgoooo.
Ok. So they used to just make corn sticks, so just the hot corn bread without any meat, but then some wild yet delicious pigs kept coming into their fields and eating their crops, so they eventually domesticated the pigs almost, let them feed and get nice and fat, then butchered em and made the bacon-dogs. Some say that feeding the pigs corn before slaughter makes the bacon-dogs taste even cornier, and therefore yummier.
The male pigs' tusks can also be used to kill any lycanthrope, and when the tusks, or any of the pigs' bones, are powdered and mixed into a liquid and consumed, it can heal any common sickness within 10 minutes.
