THE LIMBO 13 - TRAINS, DEMONS, HEISTS
There is a legend of a train, the Limbo 13, which travels through the place beyond reality and dreams. Approximately two million cars, steadily accelerating for all time through the surreal, ever changing landscapes. The passengers are my own versions of demons. Entities of flame, ash and smoke, with heads like charred crosses between dragon and goat skulls, talons, and sizes varying from around four to ten feet. They evolve from imps, which are usually winged and dog-sized, then, as they grow, their wings burn off and their talons and fangs become more developed. Sometimes, demons will even evolve into archdemons, huge, fiery, dragonlike beings, varying in size from seven to fifteen feet.
Suggested that you play as a demon, or a hellhound (flaming black wolves that vary from poodle size to that of a horse). These creatures are also known to possess other entities and objects (puppets, statues, animals). Other character types may be welcome as well, with mod approval.
The main source of nourishment is the numerous vending machines scattered about the train, housing plastic bottles of soulmilk and more mundane snacks. I’m currently working on a conductor character.
Some example cars:
- The Cafe: pastries and soulmilk in plastic coffee cups.
- The Menagerie: stocked with sturdy, silver-laced cages, this place houses the hellhounds and those who forgot their tickets. Notoriously weak locks. But don't forget your ticket. Just don't.
-The Arcade: an arcade. I dunno. I’ll work on this one.
More to come soon! Open to suggestions and mods! May be allowing posters to create their own cars. Let me know what you all think!
