Angelino will casually cast eldritch blast from where they are sitting. Two blasts at the statue! To hit…24 damage… 12
other blast… 17 other damage… 12
edit: page one hundred! We did it guys! We’re also getting pretty close to 2000 posts! This is crazy!
The first blast strikes another ringing chord from the statue, and gains you it's attention. The second glances off it's shoulder and fizzles into the ceiling as it takes several strides towards you.
Over the ringing of the statue and the thump of it's footsteps (and the sound of a paladin in heavy armour falling to the ground, which is probably almost as loud), you hear a sort of scraping sound, but you can't place where it came from.
Alexander scans the room, trying to make sure that no one is in any immediate danger of being crushed. Noticing how close Harmony is to the statue, he shouts "Harmony look out!" Then he runs to confront the statue attacking with his longsword once he gets into melee range.
To hit: 22
two handed attack: 12
Your attack scores a bright scratch through the dark surface of the statue, which otherwise seems basically indifferent to the results. You have just enough time to contemplate the ramifications of this before the statue swings a backhand at you;
Attack: 26 Damage: 12 for bludgeoning damage, and if the hit succeeds, you'll be flung 20ft. back the way you came by the impact, so make a dexterity save (acrobatics or athletics, your choice) to stay upright!
I'm gonna use athletics since Alexander's dex sucks.
As the statue approaches Kay takes her hand off of her rapier and reaches for her bow instead. After seeing the paladin get launched, she intends to stay as far away as possible. "Look I'm sorry for cutting holes in your sails. Or are you still mad about when i stuffed chickens in your cannons? You gotta admit that was pretty funny. Oh! remember when i swapped your dresser with the anchor?! I'm still pretty proud of that one..." As she continues to rattle off random acts of sabotage, she shoots a shock arrow at the statue.
To hit 10
Damage 6 plus 2 lightning damage (She's hoping that since the statue is literally made of bronze metal, it'll take the full damage.)

The arrow clatters off the statue, sparking but not causing any visible harm. The statue pauses in it's march towards Angelino, and ponderously turns towards Kay, and takes some more booming steps towards you.
For that roll, Harmony (no peeking, everyone else!):
You hear a distinct scraping of stone, and as you stand up, you feel like the ground is tilting under your feet. You try to shake the grogginess out of your head, but it's not there - the ground is literally tilting ever-so slightly, and the scraping seems to be coming from the walls as the floor scrapes against them.
As the statue moves towards kay and away from the center, you feel the floor shift a little more, the weight of the statue seems to be causing it to tilt.
The statue is only halfway between the middle of the room and the wall, having moved 25ft so far towards the group, who are all around the South end of the compass. The floor has dipped maybe a 2ft. on the southern end of the room, and raised the same amount on the north end of the room.
Anyone who peeked - Shush! This was not for you - get ze mind bleach and forgetify it!
“Ugh” Angelino will step to the side moving away. They will then cast flaming sphere at 3rd level making it appear as a golden ball of energy, imma nead a deck save from mrs.statue! Damage on fail…11

"Ok look we can talk about this!" (She shouts this in Draconic) Kay stands there for a second then will bolt past the statue to the other side of the room using Cunning Action. As she does this she looks and listens for anything that stands out.

Alexander struggles to get up since he landed on his back...awkward. "I am alright!"
When he manages to get up, he glares at the big statue, "How dare you backhand me. Fight me with your sword you uncivilized brute."
He charges the statue again, this time using his radiant soul to sprout wings and fly towards its head aiming to slash its eyes with a two handed blow.

Harmony will go over to the north side of the room and see if she can use her crossbow to stick a rope to the wall near one of the doors (hoping to be able to climb up to the door) Attack: 10
She also shouts ‘Tilting floor! Statue moves and tilts the floor! If it moves further, we might be able to reach a door without a rope!’

The statue ponderously turns towards you like a battleship lining up it's turrets, takes 3 quick steps which thunder through the ground, and punts you.
Attack: 19 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll., Bludgeoning damage on a hit and you fly 30ft. backwards, which will take you to the edge of the chamber, next to the "SE" of the compass, if it hits!

Your shouting doesn't seem to have any effect, and the statue is too preoccupied with trying to kick Angelino to pay you any attention as you run across the room.
You do notice, when the statue moves towards the wall, there is a definite scraping sound of snote on stone, and the floor is now slightly tilted - perhaps 3ft. lower on the South-East side where the statue is stood, and 3ft. higher on the North-West.

Your attack glances off the bronze hat of the statue, which she turned to catch it like the pauldron of a knight, turning away your blade. You're now hovering in line with those blank bronze eyes, ground to slits as it glares at you.

She also shouts ‘Tilting floor! Statue moves and tilts the floor! If it moves further, we might be able to reach a door without a rope!’
Your crossbow shot skitters off the wall, clattering to the ground beside you. The north side of the room is perhaps 2ft. higher than it was before, so the bottom of the doorways are only 8ft above you. The doors in them are heavy-looking stone, and don't seem to have doorhandles.
I enlarge Alexander and move to the east side of the room. "Alexander! I need you over here with me! Everyone else, get to the west door and try not to aggravate the statue!" If Alexander comes to me, I explain what I need him for. "Since you are likely the toughest of all of us, I need you to help me to draw the statue's attention and get it over here. You can fly and smite, and I can teleport and bombard the thing, so I think this should be able to work pretty effectively. I do need it to not get to me, though. Sound good?"

Kay salutes George and nods, understanding his plan. "Come on Harmony! If we can get to the door, I have a rope we can help the others up with if need be!" Kay runs to stand beneath the West door.

Alexander hurries over and nods. "That's the best plan I've heard all day. However, I am willing to take a risk if you are willing to simply stand aside and avoid blows. I can challenge this beast to a duel, and hopefully survive long enough to provide an adequate distraction."
Alexander uses compelled duel on the statue. The statue must succeed a 14 on a wisdom saving throw.
