This does seem to be causing something of a halt to proceedings, so whilst some contemplate burning the door down, perhaps others may choose to ruminate on just what the vase means.
vase
/vɑːz/
noun
a decorative container without handles, typically made of glass or china and used as an ornament or for displaying cut flowers.
I am going to do something very very stupid, but it may get us out.
I am going to take one of the flowers that gets Jerry high, waft it near the pink flowers, then try to steal one of the pink flowers and shove it in the vase.

You manage to make the bees on a cluster of pink blossoms drift away from the plant as if in a daze. most of them move to other pink flowers, but some float lazily across the room toward the other flowers.
You take the pink blossoms and place it in the vase. It seems like the right thing to do, but the door remains closed. You read the inscription over the coin on the door (which now has a cluster of pink flowers in front of it); "Life is on the other side".
Make a roll for me (wisdom or insight, not that we have any modifiers)!
You realise (aloud, so others will also know) that the vase is probably meant to have a flower in it. You look around the room at the remaining 3 flowers, trying to work out which one is the right one; The drooping white flowers with the piles of sleeping bees underneath, the yellow flowers which make the bees sleepy (and made Jerry obsessed with sniffing all the flowers) or the Blue lily flowers with their dead-bee collecting pads.
IT'S THE BLUE FLOWERS! LIFE IS ON THE OTHER SIDE WHICH MEANS THE HEALING PLANT IS ON THE OTHER SIDE SO WE NEED THE BLUE ONES THAT ARE KILLING THEM ALL!
wait, he just said the coin has a picture of PINK blossoms on it. I plug my nose and shut me mouth as I pick a few and put them it the pot
The coin on the door is blank; the pink blossoms were just put in the vase, which is in front of the coin. Just to clarify before you do anything - the pink flowers I referenced were the ones just put in the vase!

(I'm assuming you took the pink ones out first)
You place the flowers in the vase, and for a moment it seems like nothing is happening. Then before your eyes the colour seems to drain from the flowers, and they flatten. In moments, what was a vase with blue flowers has become an embossed image of those flowers on the surface of the coin.
With the ring of metal, the coin spins, flipping over and over, and with a shuddering impact it stops showing a different flower, shaped like a heart. The door opens a crack.
The flowers don't appear to be magical, though they do seem to have a strong effect on the bees.

Can I take some water for the pot and try watering the thing?
Farewell.
Um, I'm going to need you to explain better! There is no pot (you're a whole room behind there) and I'm not certain what "the thing" is!

The thing! You know! The thing in front of the coin door. That thing!
Farewell.
Ah ok, you're putting water in the vase which is positioned in front of the oversized coin in the door.
I'm afraid that the door remains completely shut.

There is only one vase. I think it’s a good idea to burn down the door because then we can LEAVE! I don’t care what the puzzle was supposed to be!
For once I agree with the pyro, I can't figure this room out and at this point, burning the door down sounds as good as anything else.
Farewell.
