From your angle, close to the ceiling and looking down, you can see something odd about the way the weapons rack is attached to the wall. You can't tell what exactly is odd from where you are. The fact almost everything in this room is made of ice makes it hard for you to tell.
"It appears that the we must find the wolf's second eye-- oh look, the Dark Raven is literally holding the thing! We may want to place it where the wolf's missing eye would be...."
If he wasn't an emotionless serpent-man, George would sound sarcastic as he says this. He is, however, an emotionless serpent-man, and as such says this with completely normal expression.
"We should also put these weapons back on the rack." He inspects (18 for Investigation) the weapons and the rack to see if the weapons should go on it in any particular order or manner.

When you inspect the weapons rack, you can tell that the whole thing basically acts like a lever. It moves downwards when you push on it. If you push down all the way, you can hear another click. However, as soon as you release it, it moves back up.
Edit: If you put any of the weapons on the rack, you notice that when you let go of it, it does not raise up as far as it previously was.
He hops down, walks closer to the rack and inspects it.

Edit: Well what are the chances of that two nines in a row
Well, the chances would be 1/400, I believe.
I don't know what it is with the dice roller, but it's been doing that a lot. One of the other players rolled 21 twice in a row and in an earlier room I crit failed with a sum of 11 twice in a row.
Ok I think we need to put all the weapons on the rack to hold that ‘lever’ down and then I’ll hop back up and push the button, then if nothing happens the Dark Raven needs to but the eye in.
Stitch picks up the weapons one by one and places them on the rack. If it does not go all the way down he will tell someone else to hold it down. He will then climb back up and press the button.

I will assume that either The Dark raven put the last weapon on the rack (he was holding one), or George held it down. You hear it click when it hits the bottom. After this, you climb back up the wall and push the button. This time, you hear the click and then a grinding noise. You look back over the room and you see that the wolf statue has opened it's mouth to reveal a glass disk. Once it's mouth is all the way open, the gem falls out of it's eye.
It seems that some of the people here are confused as to the nature of the circles for the discs on the door, so I'll try to just explain for you what I understand to be the case:
On the door, there are six identical holes, each about an inch deep, arranged into a column. None of them seem to be different from the others in any way except placement on the door.
On the floor in front of the door are six circles in a row, each with an image carved into it. They are, in order:
circle
question mark
sword
laughing face
dragon
wolf
It would be clearer to say that you're putting the disc in, for example, the sixth hole, instead of the "wolf circle." Just trying to make this a little bit clearer.
Behind the question mark door, you find a very small square room. Near the top of the wall directly across from the doorway, you see writing. It reads:
Lighter than what I am made of, more of me is hidden than is seen. What am I?
Stitch takes both. He then puts the disc in the wolf circle in the main room.
Helmut is correct. For the sake of staying with the flow, i will say you looked at he floor and placed it in the corresponding circle on the door. For the last two disks, please specify which by number which circle you are placing the disks into.
As of now, on the door, you have:
Blank
Blank
Sword
Laughing Face
Dragon
Wolf
Each of these are glowing.

When you walk closer you can tell that the bars attaching it to the wall are actually attached to something inside of the wall.
Go ahead and re-roll for just investigation

Harmony thinks we should try the question mark door next.
Only spilt the party if you see something shiny.
Ariendela Sneakerson, Half-elf Rogue (8); Harmony Wolfsbane, Tiefling Bard (10); Agnomally, Gnomish Sorcerer (3); Breeze, Tabaxi Monk (8); Grace, Dragonborn Barbarian (7); DM, Homebrew- The Sequestered Lands/Underwater Explorers; Candlekeep
George doesn't have an opinion as to which door we should try next; he's fine with either one.

Raven agrees, and he doesn't give you people time to argue, because-wait, where is he? You see the question mark door standing open.
George cautiously follows Raven into the room (assuming the door isn't locked in the first place), gesturing for the others to follow.
