Does this mean since anything rolled 9 is a 10, there are no crit fails?
Item's - Sashelas' Spear, Thunder Beads, Diadem of the Owl, Bag of Stasis
Race - Fey-Touched
Subclass - Circle of Vitality
Monsters - Blood Bear
Spell - Arcbolt
In the rules as written, there is no such thing as critical fails. If you are playing critical fail/success, I would suggest not treating a 1 as a 10.
