Hello! If you have the actor feat you can impersonate other people. If you are a warlock and have awakened mind, you can "talk" to people in their minds. Does these two effects stack, so you can make voices that "sound" in a specific way in a persons mind?
When you speak to somebody telepathically it's still your voice, just projected mentally instead of vocally. However, that also means anything you can do to your voice as a talent could be done telepathically as well.
So, yes, they combine.
