Simple question, can you stealth past a Shrieker? It says that if light or a creature is with in 30 feet, the shrieker goes off. How does it detect creatures though? It's it sound? Tremor Sense? Something else? I just wanna know if my groups rogue can sneak past it or if he's gonna set the thing off.
It has Blindsense 30' It's also immune to Blinded and Defeaned, so you can assume it detects creatures through some other sense. Odd since it detects bright light! I guess maybe thermographic?

As a general rule, you can't hide from an alert creature within its blindsight radius. If you come within 30 feet of a shrieker and there's no solid obstacles between you, it will detect you.
