lf l have a small sack with all my spell items in it,do l need to remove the specific item for the spell l am casting to use it,or can l just hold it in my hand and use whatever?
lf l put bat poop and sulfer into a glass vile/orb,could l still use them as spell components without removing them from the glass?
I didn't see any rules specific to this. My guess is that as long as there is a need to add at least one material component and you need a free hand to do it, there won't be any problems as far as the specific flavoring. In other words, if the mechanics fit, the flavoring is just how you see it.

The rules for material (and somatic) components is pretty lax and is mostly just so you can't cast certain spells while you wield a weapon and shield.
So as long as you have the components or a focus and can interact with it while you cast the spell, you are good. Additional specifics is up to DM.
