I want to make sure before I start my game that I'm understanding how the attack works but if I add my crimson rite to my unarmed strikes and make an unarmed strike and then another unarmed strike as a bonus do I get the crimson rite damage for both attacks or just one?
There's nothing in the description of either Predatory Strikes or the Crimson Rite that the damage can be done only once per turn (as say Sneak Attack) so I think you can get it both attacks.
I would say that yes, you can use it with both attacks, but I think that you need to apply the Blood Rite to both fists, as if you were applying to two different blades. I know it’s taxing, but it worths it.

I don't think this is the case. There's no such thing as differentiation between unarmed strikes, they could be fists, kicks, headbutts etc.. Basically you have a natural attack called "unarmed strike" which EVERY creature (even monsters) have. it's basically the same as a single sword, you would not have to apply the rite twice.
Edit: The class feature even says: Your unarmed strikes are considered a single weapon in regards to your crimson rite feature. So no, you apply it only once.
