Cantrip spell such as True Strike, Green Flame Blade and Booming Blade that require a weapon as part of the spell, does weapon master come into play?
Example 2024 Arcane Trickster, main hand short sword and off hand scimitar.
Use a magic action to cast true strike. Can we use Nick / Vex to move our off hand attack w/ advantage to the magic action or does Nick/Vex not come into play and off hand attack stays as a bonus action because the action was "magic" rather than "attack"
Maybe a way to ask this question is, does Weapon Mastery Properties still activate when a weapon a PC has an active mastery in is a component of a spell during a Magic Action?
