I'm concepting out a build for an upcoming campaign and was looking at using the Thri-kreen, according to what I know they have a trait called Secondary arms which states "The secondary arms can manipulate an object, open or close a door or container, pick up or set down a Tiny object, or wield a weapon that has the light property." and that got me wondering what the limit is of those secondary arms, if I had the Dual Wielder feat would that give me ability to use weapons or a weapon that doesn't have the light property in those secondary arms?
My idea was using a glaive in the main arms and using a whip and/or something else in the secondary arms, would that be feasible?
Also, you would not even have a Bonus Action to make the extra attack after using a Glaive even if you had a dagger in your Secondary Arms because Dual Wielder only let you make one extra attack as a Bonus Action when you take the Attack action on your turn and attack with a Light weapon, which the Glaive isn't.
(The bonus action attack. Not the "secondary arms" using non-light weapons.)
It also doesn't work in 5E14 because you may use Dual Wielder with a one-handed melee weapon, which the Glaive isn't.
Two-Weapon Fighting: When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you're holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you're holding in the other hand.
Dual Wielder: You can use two-weapon fighting even when the one-handed melee weapons you are wielding aren’t light.

The limitation from Secondary Arms still apply.
I see I see, thank you very much, gonna have to think of another use for them Id like then :P

It might work with the 2014 wording.
