To recharge teleport what dice do you roll? Not sure how it works.
Teleport (Recharge 4-6). The dog magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 40 ft. to an unoccupied space it can see. Before or after teleporting, the dog can make one bite attack.
You roll a d6 and if you roll a 4, 5, or 6 then the Blink Dog can teleport again. If you roll a 1, 2, or 3 then the Blink Dog can't teleport again, but they can try to recharge it again on the next round.
Covered in Monster Manual. Recharge abilities require you to roll 1d6 and recharge occurs if you get one of the results listed for it, in this case a 4, 5 or 6 (which is ultimately 50% chance, so if at a table it's simpler to flip a coin).

I refuse to accept the creature in the monster manual as a blink dog... It's a dog that occasionally teleports not a BLINK dog. Until it is under the effects of the blink spell effect again, it's a pale imitation of a BLINK Dog

Thanks, is this written somewhere, like how do ppl find this information. Is it just assumed?
Hi Wrespawn, this is in Monster Statistics section of the Basic Rules and Monster Manual, which can be found here.

Thank you so much, I'm new to DMing and I haven't fully clicked on how to look things up properly. I should have known to check there before asking.
Never hurts to ask! Welcome to the world of DMing. :D
