Does the DnDbeyond character sheet automatically combine my weapons hit DC and proficiency bonus or should I be adding my +2 proficiency bonus to the hit DC displayed for my weapon?

Each attack listed in the Attacks section of your D&DB sheet has the total modifier listed in the "Hit / DC" column. It includes(when appropriate) the relevant ability mod, proficiency bonus, bonuses from class features(such as the Archery fighting style), magic items(+X weapons, Wand Of The War Mage, etc) etc. Same thing goes for the Save DC when it lists spells such as Toll The Dead, Sacred Flame, etc. The only exception I know of(because it happens on one of my sheets) is that if you're a Tome Warlock with something like a Rod Of The Pact Keeper, the bonus doesn't get added to the extra cantrips you chose w/ Pact Of The Tome. It's a LONG-standing bug that they still haven't fixed :(
My questions is: where is +2 proficiency bonus comes from here? Is it just something which was added to help the new starts? Or is it driven by class and/or race? Couldn't find anything regarding this. Is obvious that +2 is added to the key abilities which are most relevant for this particular class.
For example: 1st level Wizard in addition to its normal ability modifiers gets also +2 to both Intelligence and Wisdom (highlighted in dark dots on the sheet).
Just wanted to clarify the "Mathematical" origin of these proficiency bonuses :)
Proficiency bonus starts at +2 and increases to +6 as you increase in character level.

Hey thanks.
But where does it say that Wizard gets +2 to both Int and Wis @ Level 1 and Fighter gets +2 to STR and CON?
What determines which abilities this prof bonus applies to?
Each class' description will include a section listing what proficiencies that class gets. This is broken down into Armor, Weapons, Tools, Skills and Saving Throws. This will tell you what you are proficient in when you start a character in this class. In some cases you'll be given a list of choices and how many you can choose from that list(Skills are like this, and sometimes Tools). When it comes to Saving Throws, each class is proficient in one common(Dex/Wis/Con) save and one uncommon(Str/Int/Cha) save. On the character sheet provided by Wizards Of The Coast, proficiency in a skill or saving throw is indicated by filling in the little circle next to it. On those pre-gen sheets you linked to, you'll see where the circles are filled in.

The sheet does it automatically.
thanks!
What about strength, is this added in too?
Strength or Dex depending on what kind of weapon it is.
Yes.

Hi guys,
New here and slowly making my way through the rules and various interconnected numbers. The question I had is about the pre-build starter character sheets WOTC have on their website. Refer this link https://media.wizards.com/downloads/dnd/StarterSet_Charactersv2.pdf

As Cyb3rM1nd said, those are saving throws. Each class gets two skill related saving throws that proficiency adds to.
Paladins get an aura that adds to saving throws for everyone within range, Monks eventually get proficiency with all Saving Throws.
The Paladin Aura and the Monk Proficiency even add to Death Saves, as long as the Paladin is not making Death Saves themselves.
