Yeah if that's something you're into then totes. It also has a lot of really well written setup for political intrigue between various factions and nations. It's a really cool setting for fans of more contemporary stories in their fantasy, rather than the standard fare of Medieval fantasy.

Eberron and Exandria are my 2 favorite official D&D settings. Rising from the Last War is one of the best done books in 5e, IMHO. The artificer is awesome, too.

Awesome 😊. I think I’m gonna get Rising from the Last War when I get a chance. I skimmed thru it at Barnes and Noble a few months ago and it looked pretty cool.
Exandria is a classic fantasy world in flavor, kind of like the Forgotten Realms, but is more modern. It has firearms, artificers, and powerful magic items. If the Forgotten Realms is around the 15th/16th century, Exandria is about 17th/18th century, but with a different world and different lore. It has drow that have a giant dynasty, but are "good", and most other player races that can be any alignment, unlike Forgotten Realms.

That sounds awesome!
One more question
Is Greyhawk like around the 12th or 13th century?
Thanks
I don't know about greyhawk enough to answer that question. It think it's meant to be around the middle ages, but fantasy.

To me Greyhawk was basically Forgotten Realms, but a bit more jumbled together. it just never seemed to be quite as alive as FR did or to really flow well. Part of that is my hatred of Gygaxian names.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
I like pulp and I love noir stuff, so I think I’d really like the Eberron 5e campaign setting. What do you guys think?

Sounds like a really cool alternative setting.
It's my go-to when I'm not running homebrew settings
Just got Rising From the Last war, super psyched to try it out

What’s Exandria like?
If you watch Critical Role (I don't), it is the setting there. It adds the dunamancy stuff that was up here a while back.
