So i want to create something OP with barbarian with subclass totem barbarian of course becouse of bear totem. Any idea what weapon will be the best and what race? I think about kalashtar becouse of psionic res and polearm so i can get feat movement speed reduction with opportunity attack. Any other ideas how i can make better barbarian? Maybe other race? Or other weapons? Or maybe other op feats?
I would point you to one of the several races that have magic resistance or are a creature type other than humanoid for the inherent bonuses that those races give. Satyr comes to mind as one that fits both of these criteria.

So you just want to be as personally durable as possible? Yuan-Ti Pureblood is probably your jam.
It is not. Psychic damage is less common than generalized magic, and advantage on saves vs save or suck is better than cutting a single damage type in half.
Bearbarian with PAM/GWM is classic. VHuman to start with a feat already. Raw power, versatility and the most durable ability in the game. But your mind is your weakness. A simple Cause Fear or Hold Person can severely debilitate you. Smart DMs would test the weakness of his characters time to time. WIS saving throw is the major flaw of a robust Bearbarian. Of course you could always try to get Resilient and having an odd WIS 13 is easy to plan.
But may I suggest something different?
Berserker Barbarian with a Ring of Free Action! At level 6 you are immune to all those nasty mind effects I mentioned (Charm, Frighten, Restrain, Paralysis). You don’t need to enter in Frenzy all the time and you can manage 2 levels of Exhaustion without too much worries. Swing your Maul 3x in combat is really powerful and you don’t need PAM. Even GWM is not that mandatory, although awesome for someone who attacks so much.
Barbarians aren't very good at maximizing DPR, so personal durability is a popular way to emphasize them - the big seller on Bearbarians and Zealots both is personal durability, and Ironsoul kept up that motif with their suggestion about Berserker. However, in general, if you can buff the whole party, you'll have a larger impact on actual battles; one of the best ways for any Barbarian to accomplish this is via Shove+Grapple.
Since Bearbarians can use L6 to spike their carrying capacity, you can do very strong work as a Winged Tiefling or Owlfolk by fighting like a raptor: swoop down, grapple targets, carry them up high, and drop them.
You can also engage in serious grapple shenanigans as a Simic Hybrid.
Pick zealot barbarian, then invest into wisdom save proficiency with resilient feat, polearm master feat, and greatweapon master.
rages get ended when a barbarian is incapacitated, if you protect yourself with a decent wisdom save you will continue to be effective even against effects you’re normal weak to.
Raging barbarians are a lot more effective when they can continue to reliably make use of their actions.
perhaps pick a human or custom lineage for an additional feat to work with.
