Until there's an updated 2024-style version of it, I'd be inclined to let a character with weapon mastery use something analogous to the Nick weapon mastery that regular Scimitars have. Something like: if you select double-bladed scimitar for your weapon mastery, you can make the extra bonus action attack the weapon naturally provides as part of the Attack action instead of as a bonus action, once per turn.

After I play V Rising and like to use "Twin Blade" because of it style and skills
Now I deep dive into DnD and finding which weapon is similiar to twin blade and i found "Double Blade Schimitar"
So... Can Pact Weapon create Double Blade Scimitar in hand?
Yes, it can.
Pact of the Blade can create any simple or martial melee weapon. A double-bladed scimitar is a martial melee weapon, so it's eligible.
